In a relatively short period of time our diverse and multi-cultural nation has produced some of the most gifted and influential poets of all time. Troubled souls and patriots an eclectic group sure enough that could only exist in a country that puts such a high premium on the freedom of speech.
Poetic literary giants of the past include Louisa May Alcot; William Cullen Bryant; E. E. Cummings; Emily Dickinson; T. S. Eliot; Ralph Waldo Emerson; Robert Frost; Oliver Wendell Holmes; Joyce Kilmer; Henry Wadsworth Longfellow; Edgar Allan Poe; Carl Sandburg; Mark Twain; Henry David Thoreau; and Walt Whitman. Present day poets of note include Maya Angelou, Denise Duhamel, and Judith Skillman.
A list of folks that certainly consist of some serious head cases, tortured souls and troubled individuals chock full of inner demons. However, no one who supports and advocates convicted cop killers and therein lays the rub.
Turns out the First Couple invited the likes of some foul mouthed, criminal, thug, Hip Hop, low life rapper named Common to headline Children’s Poetry Day at the White House last week. With such a rich heritage of American Poets to choose from to inspire and motivate the youngins extending the invitation to a racist, misogynous, common criminal seems extreme even for this bunch.
That is right on up to the time we find out Common, just like his good friends the Obamas, is a disciple of the GD America racist leader of the radically extreme Black Liberation Theology Church, the always effervescing Reverend Jeremiah Wright. Obviously another blatant attempt by the Socialist Obama Regime to win the hearts and minds of America’s youth over to their left of left Marxist agenda.
According to the left wing media elite press boneheads when compared to most gangster rappers Common is nothing but a harmless boy scout. His abusive language, racist remarks, and advocacy of violence pale in comparison to the hardcore criminal rappers leading this no talent and totally lacking of any socially redemptive qualities fringe element of our seriously misguided youth that need to pull up their drawers, turn around the baseball caps and learn to speak English.
His glorification of convicted cop killers is nothing more than an overly enthusiastic youthful indiscretion. The liberal’s defense of this bottom feeding accomplice to murder is truly a sad commentary on the state of the free press and so called progressive thought leaders in this country.

Please tell us our First Couple can do better by our youngins than this unadulterated sleaze. A White House endorsement of this “Common Criminal” demeans the office and the stature of the Presidency to a level not seen around these parts since the abject incompetence of the Peanut Administration and criminality of the Nixon White House.
If W or any other Republican knowingly not only associated with but also endorsed a racist, criminal scumbag the likes of Common by giving him a platform at the White House the main stream media elite would have run them out of town on a rail, justifiably so. Their silence about the no talent thug rapper Common is deafening.
Next time the Obamas get a hankering to invite a poet/song writer to the White House we’d highly recommend Buffett, Jerry Jeff, Hank Jr. or Toby Keith. For a man who claimed he didn’t want to be perceived as “spiking the football” in celebration of our successful assassination of the terrorist coward Usama Bin Laden last week our Dirty Harry-in-Chief, “That’s my chopper Charlie. This is my gun, Clyde“, sure enough seems to be milking it for all it’s worth. In addition to spiking the football he’s also break dancing in the end zone; jumping jubilantly into the front row seats; pulling out the cell phone; and capping it all off with a double pump reverse dunk over the goal post.
Truth be told our Nobel Peace Prize Winner-in-Chief is taking a victory lap of Obamic proportions. Over blown, over stated, undeserved and over rated.
Since announcing to the world his self proclaimed brilliant, courage’s, wise, sage, momentous, monumental, and historic decision to send in SEAL team 6 to kill UBL Mr. Obama has plum wore himself out patting his own back. Following is a brief recap of the President’s week of not spiking the football following UBL’s death:
• Monday during a Medal of Honor ceremony at the White House honoring two Korean War soldiers Mr. Obama says it's "a better world" with UBL in Davy Jones' locker.
• Thursday President Obama lays a wreath at Ground Zero and meets with 9/11 families
• Friday he visits Ft. Campbell, Kentucky and meets with members of Navy SEAL Team 6.
• Sunday a propaganda fest with 60 Minute’s Steve Croft
Not that we blame the President for the excessive celebration. Especially when you consider the fact that this Administration’s successes have been so few and far between.
Reckon we just can’t expect much more from a tacky Yankee lawyer. Although a little humility, decorum, dignity and class would be a welcome change of pace.
In fact, a lot more humility may be in order as the more we learn about what really led the President to make what initially appeared to be such a gutsy decisive move the more it seems that something just ain’t right. Consider the following questions, inconsistencies, misleading and just downright bizarre remarks and responses, especially during his propaganda session with 60 Minute’s Mr. Pucker Up Buttercup Croft.
• “Loose Lips Sink Ships”. Why does the Obama White House release every minuet detail about this and every counter terror mission they conduct. The public and especially the Jihadist just don’t need to know the specifics about every mission.
For 7 years during W’s watch we heard rumors and rumblings but when it came to any mission specifics their lips were shut tighter than a tick.
The current bunch is so insecure about their anti-terror cred, with good reason we might add, they irresponsibly spill the beans in a pathetic effort to secure affirmation.
• According to the President the CIA informed him about this opportunity last August and advised him there was a 55 percent chance UBL was actually holed up there. Again, according to the President, the exact same odds when he gave the order to proceed last week.
So what in tarnashin took the great decisive one 9 months to finally pull the trigger? Considering the SEALS are good to go on a moment’s notice, who knows how many terrorist plots were hatched and executed, and how many causalities we endured while the President vacillated on another major military decision?
Viewed from this perspective this was anything but a gutsy, decisive and courage’s move by our fearless leader and in reality just more of the same governance by committee and limp wristed foreign policy.
• In response to one of Steve Crofts many ridiculous and almost in the realm of hero worship questions Mr. Obama remarked his biggest concern was getting the SEAL team out if confronted with some unforeseen calamity. On the surface certainly sounds like a legitimate concern and by no means to diminish the mortal danger inherent with any mission of this nature but when really scrutinized as usual the President is taking liberties with the truth.
Consider the following: 1. The element of surprise is always an advantage 2. We knew exactly how many bad guys were in the compound and where they are typically located. 3. Downtown Abbotabad ain’t exactly a hostile environment for US troops. A busload traveling down the road is a fairly common occurrence. 4. In the highly unlikely event all 4 black hawks were unflyable the SEALS could depart by bus, truck, cab, or even by foot and arrive safely at the U.S. Embassy in time for the breakfast buffet. 5. Ain’t no never mind about it if it came down to it 40 Navy SEALS would sure enough kick the entire Pakistani Army’s ass.
• President Obama seemed fixated on the fact the raid had taken place in pitch black darkness, stressed how this increased the danger and made repeated references to this part of the mission during his love fest with Croft. The only problem with this point of view is our Special Opps folks strongly prefer night missions as our night vision technology is unparallel and provides the good guys with an overwhelming military advantage.
• A major White House talking point has been the “treasure trove” of information confiscated from UBL’s house. We have been subjected to this phrase ad naseum by the President and his Democrat comrades. Again, why are we going public with this intelligence? Wouldn’t it make more sense to keep Omar in the dark, not knowing what if anything was found instead of describing in detail the contents of every item for no other reason but to give the President a political talking point?
President Obama concluded his propaganda session with Croft by making the following macho statement which was so obviously out of character for our anti-military, pacifist, Islamic Jihadist sympathizer Chief Executive Officer: “As nervous as I was about this whole process, the one thing I didn't lose sleep over was the possibility of taking bin Laden out. Justice was done. And I think that anyone who would question that the perpetrator of mass murder on American soil didn't deserve what he got needs to have their head examined”.
Instead of making an extended victory lap and doing his best Dirty Harry impressions, “I know what you’re thinking: 'Did he fire six shots, or only five?' Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement, I’ve kinda lost track myself. But being this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, and would blow your head clean off, you’ve got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel lucky?' Well do ya, punk?”, the country would be much better served if the President would shut up for a change, keep Omar guessing, and conduct his affairs with a little discretion and real decisive leadership for a change.
If his record to date is any indication of future events we all best just get ready to wave back as he passes by on his seemingly endless Barack Husain Obama victory lap.

Week 119: “An Irony of Historic Proportions”
“My mother never saw the irony in calling me a son-of-a-bitch”, Jack Nicholson
After almost ten years of some serious chopping with painfully few chips flying an U.S. Navy Seal put a bullet through the head of the symbolic face of worldwide Islamic Jihadist terrorism and evil personified, Osama Bin Laden. To our and many other like minded folk’s amazement the order to take out this cowardly bastard actually originated from the most pacifist, anti-military, American apologist, Islamic terrorist sympathizer, global citizen to ever occupy the Oval Office, Barack Husain Obama.
Ironic? Is the Pope Catholic; are Yankees tacky, does Obama have humongous gargantuan size ears? The air around the White House is so thick with irony you could cut it with a knife.
Who would have ever thunk it? Our most undeserving or more accurately notorious Nobel Peace Prize recipient won’t be remembered as the President that brought us Socialized Medicine, fiscal calamity or new bonds of friendship with his beloved Nation of Islam. Mr. Obama for ever more will be recognized as the American Commander-in-Chief that killed Osama Bin Laden.
From President Obama’s way of reckoning a most dubious honor. W and probably everyone of his predecessors, with the probable exception of Jimmy “The Peanut” Carter, would consider it as a great honor to be remembered for an achievement of such historical significance.
Certainly not the first President to fall victim to political and military irony that has helped formulate the historical standing and legacies of so many US Chief Executives. Starting with a few of our most revered founding fathers right up to the current Obama Regime examples abound:
1. Thomas Jefferson – Author of the Declaration of Independence proclaiming every man’s divine right to liberty with no distinctions based on race; known as a champion of limited Government; believed in low taxes and balanced budgets
• Irony – owned hundreds of slaves, never freed them, even conducted a long term relationship with one that had several of his children
• Made the largest US Government expenditures to date without Congressional approval or Constitutional authority, the Louisiana Purchase
• Accumulated huge amounts of personal debt leaving his estate essentially bankrupt and insolvent
2. Abraham Lincoln – Assassinated after leading Union to a hard fought and costly victory in the War for Southern Independence
• Irony – Had comprehensive plans to repatriate the South without the harsh, destructive, and oppressive measures that were implemented during reconstruction that set reconciliation back for decades
3. Harry Truman – Kept in the dark by Roosevelt and his Ivey League pinheads about the A bomb who all considered Harry a no count white trash yahoo.
• Irony – After FDR’S death the so thought yahoo Truman made a decisive and courage’s decision to drop the bomb on Japan saving millions of Allied lives and bringing a rapid conclusion to the war by securing an unconditional surrender from the Japanese
4. Ike – A five star General and Supreme Commander of Allied Forces during WWII who was overwhelmingly elected to the US Presidency after defeating Hitler with the largest and most technologically advanced army the world had ever seen
• Irony – The same man who coined the phrase and warned us of the dangers of creating a “Vast Industrial Military Complex“
5. George H W Bush – A genuine, bona fide, decorated war hero who was an Ace fighter pilot in WWII battling the Japanese in the Pacific
• Irony - Tagged by the left wing media elite press and political opponents as a wimp
6. Bill “Are you my new Intern darlin” Clinton - second US President to ever be impeached
• Irony – now considered one of the best Presidents of all time according to public opinion polls and certainly one of the most financially prosperous post Presidency
7. Barack Husain Obama – The most anti-war; anti-military; American apologist; Blame America first; Marxist; Socialist; Communist; Bolshevik; Racist; Class warfare advocating; weak kneed; limp wristed; Islamic Jihadist sympathizer; potential closet Muslim; Overseas contingency planner; manmade disaster; down grader of the War on Terrorism; Nobel Peace Prize winning; Government take overers of healthcare, energy, auto, financial, housing, agriculture, school lunches and pee wee football industries; criminally out of control spender of other people’s money; President to ever take the Oath of Office
• Irony – Ain’t no never mind about it no matter how much BS the Obama propaganda machine spews out about the mostly insane Socialist ideals and initiatives listed above the President would be plum tickled pink to be remembered for to his great chagrin from this point in time forward he’ll be known as the man that killed Usama Bin Laden
President Obama, his National Security team, the CIA, W and his Administration for their diligence for almost eight years and especially the Navy Seals Team 60 assault group all deserve credit for their bold decision to use a ground force intervention and their success in killing UBL while suffering zero US causalities. Thank the lord W had the foresight to use enhanced interrogation that paid off in spades with the acquisition of intelligence that started the chain evidence ultimately leading to President Obama’s order to take UBL out.
Sure is ironic how so many plans don’t turn out as initially intended. W fails to get UBL during his tenure but receives widespread praise, much deserving we might add. When Obama and his staff of seriously reluctant anti-terrorist warriors have the boy systematically executed.
The ironic icing on the cake W’s policies of using enhanced interrogation techniques, water boarding, serves as the catalyst of securing Mr. Obama’s place in history as the American President who killed UBL. Poetic justice at its damn sure ironic best.

President Obama, his National Security team, the CIA, W and his Administration for their diligence for almost eight years and especially the Navy Seals Team 60 assault group all deserve credit for their bold decision to use a ground force intervention and their success in killing UBL while suffering zero US causalities. Thank the lord W had the foresight to use enhanced interrogation that paid off in spades with the acquisition of intelligence that started the chain evidence ultimately leading to President Obama’s order to take UBL out.
Sure is ironic how so many plans don’t turn out as initially intended. W fails to get UBL during his tenure but receives widespread praise, much deserving we might add. When Obama and his staff of seriously reluctant anti-terrorist warriors have the boy systematically executed.
The ironic icing on the cake W’s policies of using enhanced interrogation techniques, water boarding, serves as the catalyst of securing Mr. Obama’s place in history as the American President who killed UBL. Poetic justice at its damn sure ironic best.

Most if not all politicians are natural born liars, cheats and hypocrites. The current occupant of the White House is just et up with all three with a particular shine for hypocrisy at a level seldom if ever displayed by an American President.
Don’t seem to matter at all on each and every issue, policy and initiative advocated by this Administration there’s a strong prevailing attitude of “Do as we say not as we do”. The arrogance, disdain and contempt this crowd has for We the People is truly alarming.
Examples of Mr. Obama’s unabashed hypocrisy are more abundant than white on rice. Following is a representative list of his extreme hypocritical behavior:
• THE WAR IN IRAQ. Obama – “When it comes to the war in Iraq, the time for promises and assurances, for waiting and patience is over. Too many lives have been lost and too many billions have been spent for us to trust the President on another tried-and-failed policy, opposed by generals and experts, opposed by Democrats and Republicans, opposed by Americans and even the Iraqis themselves. It is time to change our policy. It is time to give Iraqis their country back, and it is time to refocus America's effort on the wider struggle against terror yet to be won”.
After taking office the Administration claimed our victory in Iraq was one of their greatest successes to date. Even the Obama adoring left wing media elite press corps refused to support this Fairy Tale
• OBAMACARE. Over one thousand exceptions have been granted for the most part to Obama supporters and constituents including unions and other major donors. For a program proclaimed by supporters to be the greatest piece of legislation in the history of the Union does seem a tad peculiar so many Obamaites got a pass
• TAXES. In 2010 President Obama earned just north of $1,700,000. This wasn't gross earnings, this was adjusted earnings, the amount the president is responsible to pay taxes on. The actual amount of taxes he forked over was $450 thousand, 26% or there abouts. Almost every day for weeks now the President has enthusiastically claimed that millionaires like him should pay their fair share which in his way of reckoning is closer to 39%.
The IRS is tickled pink to receive donations so anytime you and your under taxed comrades are feeling cheated feel free to cut a check to make up the difference. Chances this would actually happen – When pigs fly; Hell freezes over; and the Obama gang doesn’t blame W for their criminally negligent fiscal policies
• GETTING A HANDLE ON THE SKYROCKETING COST OF GASOLINE. Senator Obama and his Socialist Secretary of Energy both advocated the need to increase the cost of a gallon of gas to $6-$7 bucks to force the end of our dependence on foreign oil and push us into a green energy economy come hell or high water prior to taking office.
Their moratorium on any domestic drilling, suppression of clean coal and shale exploration, and demonization of big oil and evil speculators has prices heading north while the empty rhetoric about punishing those responsible will have absolutely no effect on controlling cost. So far their devious plan to force feed us on their radical green agenda is working as well as a well oiled machine.
• LIBYA. Obama’s criticism of W’s Iraq policy - In the end, no amount of American forces can solve the political differences that lie at the heart of somebody else's civil war.
• BIPARTISANSHIP. Attending a National Prayer Breakfast on Thursday, Obama said his faith has deepened during his two years in the White House and he urged members of Congress to rely on their own faith to build a spirit of civility in Washington. He said that at a time of bitter partisanship, lawmakers must find a way to be open to the ideas of others, while staying true to their core principles.
"I pray that God will show me and all of us the limits of our understanding and open our ears and our hearts to our brothers and sisters with different points of view, that such reminders of our shared hopes and our shared dreams and our shared limitations as children of God will reveal a way forward that we can travel together," the president said.
This is the same man who recently made these remarks about political opponents – “If Latinos sit out the election instead of saying, we’re gonna punish our enemies and we’re gonna reward our friends who stand with us on issues that are important to us, if they don’t see that kind of upsurge in voting in this election, then I think it’s gonna be harder and that’s why I think it’s so important that people focus on voting on November 2.”
• CIVILITY IN OUR POLITICAL DISCOURSE. Obama –“Politics has become so bitter and partisan, so gummed up by money and influence, that we can't tackle the big problems that demand solutions. And that's what we have to change first. We have to change our politics, and come together around our common interests and concerns as Americans.”
And then had the following to say several days later - "So if you can't find a job or you can't afford college or don't have health insurance, tough luck -- you are on your own," Obama continued. "Now, if you're a Wall Street bank or an insurance company or an oil company like BP, come on in, help us write the regulations”
• SPENDING OTHER PEOPLE’S MONEY. After a relatively short 118 weeks in office the Obama regime has increased spending by a big ass 86%. Their proposal to freeze spending at current levels claiming it was a major sacrifice on their part and a serious dent in the deficit is the ultimate hypocritical gesture. Recent comments about the GOP’S honest effort to advance real spending controls and deficit reduction have been greeted by a level of unprecedented hypocrisy extreme even for the Obama propaganda machine.
Obama - “Their vision is less about reducing the deficit than it is about changing the basic social compact in America,” He added: “There’s nothing serious about a plan that claims to reduce the deficit by spending a trillion dollars on tax cuts for millionaires and billionaires. And I don’t think there’s anything courageous about asking for sacrifice from those who can least afford it and don’t have any clout on Capitol Hill.”
• The President also personally invited several of his political opponents, including the author of the GOP Budget Proposal Congressman Ryan, to sit in the front row while he gave his 2012 campaign kickoff speech by making partisan attacks at Ryan's recently unveiled deficit-cutting proposals and Republicans in general during a 43 minute class warfare and race baiting diatribe

After 118 weeks, millions in legal fees to keep it secret, and no apparent good reason the President finally made his Birth Certificate public primarily in response to pressure from “The Donald” who’s made Mr. Obama’s citizenship a major campaign issue of late. God bless him he’s not only a natural born liar, cheat and hypocrite he’s also a natural born American citizen sure enough.

Monday of Week 117 of the “Ain’t never met a new tax we didn’t welcome with open arms and a big ole sloppy wet kiss” Obama Administration marked the most holy, sacred, and celebrated day on the Democrat’s political calendar, National Tax Day. The annual ritual in this great but sometime so willingly misguided country that serves as the catalyst for the most massive redistribution of wealth in the history of the wealth redistributing world.
Why all of us poor dumb pilgrims not only tolerate but actually participate in this insane legalized extortion year after year is sure enough a real head scratcher. Ain’t no never mind about it our dutiful willingness to continue to throw good money after bad is a strong indication how successful the left wing propaganda machine, spearheaded by the main stream media elite, have been in setting the terms of the debate when it comes to taxes.
FDR, a Socialist with a strong Capitalist streak, started all this insanity with his New Deal back in 1930’s establishing a tax payer funded safety net for old folks that has absolutely no Constitutional legitimacy. The next big surge to the extreme left fringes was LBJ’s, a rare breed indeed being the only devout Marxist/Socialist from the great state of Texas to ever get himself elected to high office, Great Society that was the start of Uncle Sammy’s hostile takeover of the US Healthcare industry
Now we have our first bona fide Marxist/Socialist/Communist holding court at the White House, Barack Hussein Obama, who along with his merry band of tax cheats; illegal Presidential Czars; Green energy radicals; unabashed, open, out of the closet Bolsheviks; Union bosses; Criminal Community Action Organizations; and Chicago political thugs who have in the relative short period of time of only 117 weeks increased annual deficits by $1 Trillion every year since taking office with future deficit spending projected for as far as the eye can see at these same immoral levels.
So far the results achieved from this criminally negligent deficit spending is record high and prolonged unemployment; an at best extremely precarious recovery with economic growth as slow as molasses; skyrocketing oil/gas and food prices; and a $14 Trillion national debt that’s projected to double or even triple over the next ten years. The President’s response to this fiscal disaster – class warfare. Increase taxes on million and billionaires, actually every hard working individual or married couple making over $250 thousand a year.
In full campaign mode since delivering his so called Economic/Budget priorities address last Wednesday when he remarked all of us need to pay our fair share especially those wealthiest amongst us who have benefitted the most and in his opinion are chomping at the bit to cut Uncle Sammy a big fat check beyond and above their legal tax liability. We have it on good authority from highly placed sources at the IRS that to date the only check received of this nature was from Willie Nelson with a note attached requesting the proceeds from said check be credited to any future delinquent payments.
After reviewing the actual financial status of US tax payers the so called wealthy not only already pay a fair share they fork out an an extraordinary disproportionate amount of greenbacks to keep this country open for business. Consider the following:
• THE TOP 1% OF WAGE EARNERS PAY 38% OF THE TAXES
• THE TOP 5% PAY 59%
• THE TOP 10% PAY 70%
• THE TOP 25% PAY 86%
According to a recent Wall Street Journal Study if Uncle Sammy confiscated all the taxable income of all the millionaires and billionaires Mr. Obama claims are so eager to pay their fair share the revenue generated would only amount to $938 billion or there abouts. With a proposed $4 trillion White House budget, including a $1.65 trillion deficit, an additional $938 billion doesn’t even come into shouting distance of breaking even with no chance In hell of putting even a frog’s hair worth of a dent in our accumulated national debt.
Truth be told anyone who advocates that taxing the rich is the path to fiscal Nirvana is either lying like a cheap rug or crazier than an outhouse rat. It would seem the current occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue resides in both camps.
In our way of reckoning every fellow citizen who currently pays income tax is getten gigged by Uncle Sammy. If the Lord only wants 10% what in the name of Moody’s Goose gives the Feds the right to seize 15%-38% of our annual earnings.
We do agree with our “Tax Collector-in-Chief” that everyone should pay their fair share. That being said it’s high time for the 47% of wage earners at the lower income levels that don’t pay a thin dime of income taxes to belly up to the bar and join the party.
It’s seems only fair to us if you live here, work here and generate income an annual contribution along with all your fellow tax payers is more than appropriate. We all have a stake in this grand political experiment and no wage earners should be excluded from participating.
Besides, including the victim class along with a low flat rate for everybody would not only interject some much needed equity in the system it would also generate more than enough revenue to allow the Fed to meet its Constitutional obligations. A similar revision to corporate and business income taxes would eliminate the need for growth and job killing measures the likes of the capital gains tax while adding trillions to the Federal treasury.
We certainly agree with Sir Winston Churchill’s viewpoint that “There is no such thing as a good tax” but reluctantly acknowledge the necessity of some form of taxation so we can keep the lights on and fund other Constitutional imperatives up in DC. Sharing the pain equally with the mostly Obama constituents in the victim class and simplifying the tax code sure enough doesn’t create a good tax but it would possibly make um a tad bit more tolerable to live with.

- Our record breaking “Spender of Other People’s Money-in-Chief“ has sure enough taken the wealthiest country in the history of the civilized world on a 116 week spending binge of historic and unprecedented proportions. With more than enough revenue coming in to the Federal treasury to meet all of our Constitutional obligations plus some the Hope, Change, and Believe gang have brought us to within a frog’s hair of financial ruin since infesting the White House a tad north of two years ago.
- Having failed to pass a budget for fiscal year 2011 last fall the previously Democrat controlled House, Senate, and Presidency left it up to the new GOP controlled House to clean up their mess and avoid a government shutdown. After some serious political theatre and grandstanding primarily by the likes of ultra left wing head cases including Senate Majority Leader Harry “the Mormon Enforcer” Reid; Senator Chucky “No Shame Whiner Boy” Schumer from New York; VP Uncle Joe “Dumber Than a Bag of Hammers” Biden; and the lead big spender hiself Barack “Money Bags” Obama our Liberal brethren “caved” and agreed to $40 Billion or so in budget cuts for 2011.
- Akin to a thousand lawyers found dead and buried at the bottom of the sea, it’s a good start; cutting $40 Billion from a projected $1.6 Trillion shortfall (Loss/deficit) for FY 2011 is a move in the right direction but a moral victory at best. The reality is we need to slash the FY 2011 budget by $1.6 Trillion, from a total budget of $3.6 Trillion or there abouts, break even this year and commit to not only balancing but creating a surplus allowing us to pay off our $14 Trillion dollar accumulated national debt in the next five years or less.
- We fully appreciate the political establishment from both ends of the spectrum consider our balanced budget initiatives as an extreme, radical, wild eyed, economic and political impossibility. Reckon they just might be right but when compared to the abundantly more and more likely possibility of Mr. Obama and his fellow Socialist comrades doubling or even tripling of our accumulated debt to $28 - $42 Trillion over the next 10 years our so called extremist and/or Draconian cuts (trimming the fat, eliminating waste, letting go of all the dead weight) appear to be the epitome of fiscal responsibility and sound financial planning.
- To put our current economic train wreck and looming fiscal catastrophe in perspective all courtesy of the Obama Administration’s criminally negligent spending binge a brief review of the Country’s recent financial performance in several key areas might just provide some valuable insight on our pending bankruptcy.

- Ain’t no never mind about it Barack Husain Obama is one world shaking spending fool. Under his stewardship Government spending has exploded to the record level of $3.8 Trillion and all we got to show for it is anemic growth, historically high rates of private sector unemployment, a housing market that can’t seem to dig itself out of the 7th level of hell, and the transformation of our country into the world’s largest Socialist Nanny state.
- Mr. Obama has also generated the four highest annual budget deficits in our nation’s history, is in the process of doubling our accumulated National Debt and has seen Federal revenues nose dive to Fiscal Year 2000 levels. This is a record of dubious achievement unparalleled in our Nation’s history.
- If W or any other Republican turned in such a dismal performance the left wing media elite along with a healthy number of conservatives would justifiably run their happy asses out of town on a rail. President Obama gets a pass instead of the public ridicule and condemnation his dangerous and failed fiscal policies so richly deserve.
- On Wednesday our “Great Orator of Empty Rhetoric-in-Chief“ made his second address to the nation outlining his proposed FY 2012 Budget priorities and alleged plans to get our arms around his unsustainable spending and deficits. A fiercely partisan speech that offered absolutely nothing new or productive to the national debate.
- Classic Marxist tactics right out of the Communist Manifesto the President accused the GOP of evil intentions and stressed the following points:
- • Class warfare- tax the rich even more and protect the victim class
- • Generational warfare – starve Granny, cutoff Pop’s meds and take back his walker
- • Blame others, W, for his failures and take credit for others achievements, some positive movement in job market after W era tax rates were extended
- • Falsely describing GOP budget proposals as extreme, radical, mean spirited and deeply pessimistic
- President Obama’s criminal, record shattering, downright irresponsible and just plum insane spending binge will hopefully be brought to an abrupt halt by the Republican controlled House. Bless his heart, let’s hope going cold turkey on spending other people’s money without restraint doesn’t push him over the edge from Progressive Socialist too hardcore Communist.

Cobra’s ultimate sacrifice did reinforce our commitment to stand in unison with our fellow Global Citizens (Marxist/Communist/ Socialist brethren) as just another country amongst equals (American exceptionalism, leadership, values and interest be damned)…..

- What a sure enough pathetic state of affairs. Placing US Armed Services in harm’s way in an overseas conflict that our Secretary of Defense publically declared is no threat to our National interest or security while testifying to Congress.
- To add insult to injury the Administration refuses to acknowledge this is an Act of War, refer to it as a Kinetic Military Action, and named the mission Odyssey Dawn. A truly sad and misguided attempt to trick us all into thinking this commitment of US troops is actually anything but a combat mission.
- Amazingly, President Obama and his gang of Socialist propagandist at the White House, seemingly have bought into the philosophy so eloquently stated by Mr. McKay, “Some people think that if they change the names of things, the things themselves will have changed, too”, hook, line and sinker and have employed this strategy to promote their radical left wing agenda. From their government takeover of healthcare to the most recent absolutely absurd mission name for the Libyan conflict the Presidential wordsmiths arrogantly believe a simple name change will effectively hide their true intent from all of us poor dumb pilgrims.
- Starting with Odyssey Dawn following is a list of the Obama Administration’s attempts to fool We the People with misleading and distorted names/titles to advance their Marxist policy initiatives:
- 1. Odyssey Dawn – Now there’s a name that’s sure to strike fear in the hearts of the enemy. What the hell does it even mean?
- An odyssey is defined as “a long wandering or voyage usually marked by many changes of fortune or an intellectual or spiritual wandering or quest”. “Dawn is to begin to grow light as the sun rises, begin to appear or develop and to begin to be perceived or understood”.
- So is this the beginning of a long wandering or quest in Libya? Not according to the President who declared the exact opposite.
- A sure enough pitiful attempt to disguise an Act of War by the US with a farce of a name that makes the President of the United States look like a big ole fool and further diminishes our standing in the world. Besides, it just ain’t fitten to name a combat mission after a Vegas stripper, New York hooker and/or a recreational cruise ship.
- Compared to previous mission names Odyssey Dawn certainly draws a stark comparison. When stacked up against Desert Shield; Desert Storm; Desert Saber; Desert Strike; Desert Fox; and Enduring Freedom it just don’t even come close to getting the bulldog fed.
- This may also be a direct result of the appeal of DADT. Only an openly gay Army PR Officer would ever name a major combat mission Odyssey Dawn.”

- President Obama hasn’t even a fog hair’s worth of respect for the American people. His continued attempts to hoodwink the public with this name change insanity is a strong indication of his conviction that we are all nothing but a bunch of ignorant yahoos.
- One name change we do enthusiastically endorse is the next occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. President Obama to “One Term Loser” sure as hell would be the finest kind of change anyone with a lick of sense could hope for and strongly believe in.
