Week Eighteen: Point – Counterpoint

“Jane, You Ignorant Slut” “Barack, You Ignorant Nut”

On Thursday of Week 18 of the “Yes We Can Transform our National Security into a Pacifist Blame America First Train Wreck” the political geniuses at the White House bit off far more then they could chew taking on former Vice President Dick Cheney on the subject of national security. This clash of diametrically opposed political points of view and personalities was reminiscent of the classic Saturday Night Live Weekend Update segments of Point/Counterpoint back when SNL was actually funny.

Bringing to mind Dan Aykroyd’s now legendary retort to co-anchor Jane Curtin, “Jane, You Ignorant Slut”, we can imagine Mr. Cheney responding in kind, “Barack, You Ignorant Nut”, in reaction to President Obama’s numerous misrepresentations and rewriting of history regarding the Bush/Cheney Administration.

Blatantly politicizing national security the spin doctors in the West Wing scheduled a major Presidential speech addressing national defense, our Overseas Contingency Operations, aka, War on Terrorism, Enhanced Interrogation Techniques and Gitmo. They scheduled the address immediately prior to a Cheney speech to the American Enterprise Institute on the same subject that had been planned weeks in advance. An obvious attempt to take advantage of the President’s popularity in a one on one match up with the allegedly unpopular and so called “Darth Vader” of the W. Administration.

Thoughts of Obama from Bama is more than happy to acknowledge the Administration’s success in orchestrating a riveting made for TV moment chalk full of political drama and intrigue. We are also tickled pink to further acknowledge the entire affair blew up in the White House’s face as Vice President Cheney took our 44th president to the woodshed with his deliberate, considered, authoritative, and convincing advocacy of W’s successful anti – terrorist policies and his reasoned critique of Mr. Obama’s strategy of appeasement, apology, weakness and retreat.

Cheney’s rhetorical victory was so overwhelming even most of the left wing media elite pinheads were forced to admit the President’s best case result from the event was a draw. A few of the more enlightened liberal reporters and commentators even grudgingly acknowledged the Vice President’s superior performance.

The President’s speech, which was staged and expertly choreographed at the National Archives in front of the U.S. Constitution as the main prop for maximum effect, was typical Obama political rhetoric full of soaring oratory but lacking in substance, full of contradictions, and artfully deceitful. The President repeatedly called on us to look forward, put the W Administration’s transgressions and crimes behind us and in the same breath whined incessantly about the mess he inherited. All told the president made 28 negative references about the previous administration.

In an effort to fully appreciate Mr. Cheney’s decisive victory in this high stakes political battle for the hearts and minds of “We the People”, Thoughts of Obama from Bama has prepared a comparative summary of both speeches from a point-counterpoint perspective:

Mr. Obama: In the midst of all these challenges, however, my single most important responsibility as President is to keep the American people safe. It's the first thing that I think about when I wake up in the morning. It's the last thing that I think about when I go to sleep at night.

Mr. Cheney: “Barack, You Ignorant Nut”, give us a break, you know the first thing you think of in the morning is to make sure the teleprompter is working for your daily made for TV event and the last thought is contemplating how to implement the passage you just read from the text of Karl Marx’s “Communist Manifesto”.

Mr. Obama: We are less than eight years removed from the deadliest attack on American soil in our history. We know that al Qaeda is actively planning to attack us again. We know that this threat will be with us for a long time, and that we must use all elements of our power to defeat it.

Mr. Cheney: “Barack, You Ignorant Nut”, eight years removed from and not one attack on the homeland since 9/11, thanks to my former boss and our administration’s anti-terrorist policies. So please, by all means, use all of the elements of our power at your disposal and don’t restrict our defenses to appease your comrades at the U.N., ACLU and over in France.

Mr. Obama: I've studied the Constitution as a student, I've taught it as a teacher, I've been bound by it as a lawyer and a legislator. I took an oath to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution as Commander-in-Chief, and as a citizen, I know that we must never, ever, turn our back on its enduring principles for expedience sake.

Mr. Cheney: “Barack, You Ignorant Nut”, you surely did take an Oath, to Preserve and Protect and not to retreat, apologize and appease, especially on foreign soil. A little backbone and expression of pride in America would be most appreciated on your next overseas junket.

Mr. Obama: In other words, we went off course. And this is not my assessment alone. It was an assessment that was shared by the American people who nominated candidates for President from both major parties who, despite our many differences, called for a new approach -- one that rejected torture and one that recognized the imperative of closing the prison at Guantanamo Bay.

Mr. Cheney: “Barack, You Ignorant Nut”, its way past time to stop whining, man up, and take responsibility for your own actions. The fact that a liberal and somewhat misguided republican candidate agreed with a couple of your policies of appeasement is far from a mandate or a real consensus for implementing your boneheaded Overseas Contingency Operation, aka, War on Terrorism strategies.

Mr.Obama: Now let me be clear: We are indeed at war with al Qaeda and its affiliates. But we must do so with an abiding confidence in the rule of law and due process; in checks and balances and accountability. For reasons that I will explain, the decisions that were made over the last eight years established an ad hoc legal approach for fighting terrorism that was neither effective nor sustainable -- a framework that failed to rely on our legal traditions and time-tested institutions, and that failed to use our values as a compass. And that's why I took several steps upon taking office to better protect the American people.

Mr. Cheney: “Barack, You Ignorant Nut”, delighted to hear you publicly acknowledge that we are indeed at war, not an Overseas Contingency Operation, with al Qaeda and their murderous Jihadist Muslim affiliates. Having said that, all the high minded ACLU endorsed rhetoric about the rule of law; due process; checks and balances; and time tested legal traditions and institutions do not apply to the enemy combatants held in Gitmo and other prisons in Iraq and Afghanistan. As unaffiliated quasi military combatants adjudication in our criminal justice system is inappropriate, the rules of the Geneva Convention aren’t in effect and each and every one of these jihadist fanatics could be legally shot on sight as suspected spies and saboteurs according to the so called rules of war we typically adhere to. Compared to this option three squares a day, a fluffy prayer rug and clean sheets once a week to wrap their heads in as provided for at Gitmo sounds like one hell of a sweet deal.

Mr. Obama: First, I banned the use of so-called enhanced interrogation techniques by the United States of America. I know some have argued that brutal methods like water boarding were necessary to keep us safe. I could not disagree more. As Commander-in-Chief, I see the intelligence. I bear the responsibility for keeping this country safe. And I categorically reject the assertion that these are the most effective means of interrogation

Mr. Cheney: “Barack, You Ignorant Nut”, As Commander-in-Chief you do see all of the intelligence and know for a fact that Enhanced Interrogation Techniques, including water boarding, work and were only used on 3 high value targets who finally spilled the beans possibly saving 1,000’s, maybe even 100’s of thousands of American lives. Repeated prior attempts using more traditional interrogation techniques had resulted in gathering intelligence with about the same value as a warm bucket of spit.

Mr. Obama: Now, in all the areas that I've discussed today, the policies that I've proposed represent a new direction from the last eight years. To protect the American people and our values, we've banned enhanced interrogation techniques. We are closing the prison at Guantanamo. We are reforming military commissions, and we will pursue a new legal regime to detain terrorists. We are declassifying more information and embracing more oversight of our actions, and we're narrowing our use of the state secrets privilege. These are dramatic changes that will put our approach to national security on a surer, safer, and more sustainable footing.

Mr. Cheney: “Barack, You Ignorant Nut”, admit it, our policies worked and you know it. Give credit where credit is due for a change. By the way, I’m planning a little quail hunt this weekend and would love to have you join us. Let me know!

Week

Week 18 ended with a media feeding frenzy amid President Obama’s announcement of Sonia Sotomayor as his nominee to replace Justice Souter on the Supreme Court. Not surprisingly and consistent with his governance from the far left, actually the extreme far left, the president has nominated a liberal activist judge who has publically advocated the duty of an appellate judge to legislate from the bench.

Judge Sotomayor has also made racist and sexist public comments about the superior intellect and judgment of Latino woman on the bench when compared to old white Men. Mr. Obama’s encouragement for all of us to band together, on common ground with a common purpose, rings hollow in light of his continued advocacy of radical leftwing socialist policies and nominations of extreme liberal ideologues for senior government positions including lifetime appointments to the Supreme Court. Lots more to come on this subject in future articles.

The iconic retort “Jane, You Ignorant Slut” and our satirical “Barack, You Ignorant Nut” are effective expressions for speaking truth to power and highlighting the absurdities in an opponent’s arguments and rhetoric. In Obama vs. Cheney on Thursday May 21, 2009 truth triumphed and the White House’s attempts to politicize national security and criminalize W’s successful anti – terrorist policies were an abject failure.

Week Seventeen – Dissention With-in the Ranks

All in favor of water boarding Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi say Aye, all opposed?

In our relentless search for truth and knowledge, Thoughts of Obama from Bama has concluded the only sure fire way to obtain the truth from our illustrious Speaker of the House about what she knew concerning CIA Enhanced Interrogation Techniques briefings she attended is to strap her to the nearest available board and commence with the generous pouring of water. This public water boarding should be televised during prime time so the whole country can see if the person who is constitutionally designated as third in line to the Presidency is worthy of our trust or condemnation.

During the course of the last several weeks, Madame Speaker has given at least five different versions of what she was told by the CIA. Her recollection of events has been so inconsistent and unsubstantiated not even her fellow comrades at the New York Times are buying her story. In an effort to clarify her position, the Speaker held a press conference last week that turned into one of the most bizarre public spectacles witnessed in these parts in a long time.

Visibly shaken, Speaker Pelosi fumbled, mumbled and stumbled her way through a performance that had her supporters run like a scalded dog for cover. Shuffling back and forth from behind the podium; attempting to stick closely to her notes but frequently losing her place; speaking with irregular and nonsensical inflection; constantly making frantic arm and hand gestures; and shrieking like a Howler monkey Ms Pelosi’s might as well have had “Liar, Liar, Pants on Fire” tattooed on her pointy little forehead.

In addition to all of her previously mentioned antics the Speaker stated the following:"We were not, I repeat, were not told that water boarding or any of these other enhanced interrogation methods were used. What they did tell us is that they had some legislative counsel -- the Office of Legislative Counsel opinions that they could be used, but not that they would”. "Further" she said, "the point was that if and when they would be used, they could brief Congress at that time...My experience was they did not tell us they were using that, flat out. And any contention to the contrary is simply not true." When asked point blank if the CIA had lied to her the Speaker of the House, the third highest ranked official in the US Government, literally two heartbeats away from the presidency, responded by saying the CIA lied in the past, is lying in the present, and generally makes a habit of it. To quote her directly, "They mislead us all the time".

Understandably, the CIA doesn’t take to kindly to false accusations like lying to Congress, which is also a criminal offense, and has pushed backed hard. To his credit, CIA Director Leon Panetta, released a statement suggesting these techniques were most certainly discussed and the Agency’s briefing notes taken at the time along with other participant’s notes and recollections support their position.

Panetta, reasserted the agency's claim verbally a few days later stating they told congressional leaders about the use of such methods during a closed-door briefing in September 2002. In support of his employees Panetta went on to say, "It is not our policy or practice to mislead Congress, our contemporaneous records from September 2002 indicate that CIA officers briefed truthfully on the interrogation of Abu Zubaida, describing the 'enhanced techniques that had been employed”.

Considering the fact that Pelosi and Panetta go way back, including their days as democrat congressional colleagues from Communist Headquarters West, California, and Panetta’s Democrat pedigree, including his tenure as Clinton’s Chief of Staff, this fist public sign of dissention with-in the ranks of the Obama Administration and Democrat Congressional leaders is a most encouraging development. Panetta’s public admonishment of Pelosi, which ironically could not have happened without presidential approval, will surely empower and encourage moderate and those few remaining conservative leaning Dems to reject the president’s more radical, leftwing, Socialist, extremist policy initiatives and programs. (Basically his entire agenda)

The rumblings of additional dissent can already be felt in the Senate, where Democrats have blocked the president’s Executive Order to shut down Gitmo refusing to fund yet to be determined alternatives promised by the White House. Additional voices of dissent have also been heard on both sides of the isle on the subjects of Cap and Trade, Card Check and unsustainable deficit spending.

Who do we have to blame (Thank) for the growing dissention between and with-in the three pillars of the Obama Administration - the Presidency, Democrat controlled Congress and media elite? None other than the President of these here United States himself, Barack Husain Obama.
The Presidents’ tone, positions, policies and demeanor have all contributed to the discontent and dissention that is spreading like kudzu through the halls of Congress and West Wing of the White House. Conducting himself in the manner of a third world Banana Republic Despot, the President has aggressively pursued the criminalization of his predecessor’s policies and actions with hopes of discrediting and even imprisoning his political rivals. A classic Socialist/Marxist/Leninist revolutionary tactic he must of picked up while hanging with his political soul mates Fidel, Danny Ortega and Hue Chavez.

Releasing Top Secret classified CIA documents for no other reason but to politically embarrass W, Cheney and other Bush administration officials is not only inexcusable but has also provided aid and comfort to our Jihadist enemies. Leaving the door open to prosecute these folks for war crimes and initially agreeing to release incriminating photos of alleged US interrogation abuses (although he has reversed his position on this issue, for now anyway, under the threat of being water boarded himself by his own military Chiefs of Staff) has further empowered and encouraged his fanatic, left wing, Socialist comrades to act irresponsibly and with total disregard of our country’s best interest.

President Obama’s champion in Congress, someone he still publicly endorses and embraces, the person who is spearheading the bloodless coup on the Hill to transform our great Republic into a communal; socialist; secular progressive; passivist; third world country; the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, either needs to produce the evidence supporting her accusations that the CIA lied or resign and rejoin her comrades back at the commune in San Francisco. As this would be an act requiring honor, integrity, and courage any movement on her part in this direction is highly unlikely.

Ms. Pelosi owes the CIA, her colleagues in Congress and “We the People” an apology and a letter of resignation for lying about matters of national security and for advocating her boneheaded, radical, socialist agenda. If she doesn’t go quietly we always have the option of finding a board and turning on the faucet just to provide a little incentive to motivate the Speaker to do the right thing.

Week Sixteen –Obama’s Secret Shadow Government

The transparency we were promised from candidate and now President Obama is about as clear as mud. Misdirection, deception, diversion, lies and deceit seems to be standard operating procedure for this administration. New efforts to promote transparency including assurances to post spending bills and stimulus allocations on line with ample time (at least 72 hours) for public scrutiny have been totally ignored.

The only transparency this White House has embraced is the release of Top Secret CIA documentation in an effort to criminalize W’s use of enhanced interrogation techniques. The real world consequences of these boneheaded and irresponsible politically motivated policies only provide aid and comfort to our enemy in the Global War on Terrorism. Probably doesn’t help much with Mr. Obama’s Overseas Contingency Operations neither.

After 16 weeks in office and several months to prepare the “Yes We Can Laugh at Sick Jokes about Rush Limbaugh Dying on 9/11 in Public, on TV and in Front of the Entire White House Press Corps and Two Days Later the Same Group of Left Wing Media Elite Press Take the Word of the White House Press Secretary Claiming That it Never Happened and the President, Who was Caught on Camera Laughing, Was Truly Offended by These Comments” crowd has yet to fill 100’s of critical presidential appointments at the Departments of State, Treasury, Defense, Justice and other Cabinet level agencies.

Thoughts of Obama from Bama actually is encouraged by the administration’s failure to fill these positions as we agree with David B.Coblitz assessment, “Government machinery has been described as a marvelous labor saving device which enables ten men to do the work of one”, but can certainly appreciate the frustration they must be experiencing being so shorthanded while attempting their bloodless coup to nationalize the banking, insurance and auto industries; transform the country from a free market economy to a socialist welfare state; redistributing more wealth than Marx and Lenin ever dreamed possible; and taking us all green ain't no never mind that the science doesn’t support it, we will never recover the development and implementation cost and Al Gore’s “Inconvenient Truth” is an environmental fairy tale.

Meanwhile, under the radar, known but not investigated or reported by our so called free and unbiased press, the President has assembled a stealth, shadow government, with the appointment of at least 18, and still counting, so called Czars. These positions, which have no constitutional basis, are accountable to the President and the President only. No advise and consent is required from the Senate or Congressional oversight.

President Obama is not the first Commander in Chief to appoint Czars. Nixon has that dubious honor appointing William E. Simon as Energy Czar. This move was met with bipartisan resistance at the time but was effectively defended with the argument these appointments were intended for unique, high priority and difficult issues that require a special level of expertise and singular focus to address effectively. Subsequent Presidents have proceeded accordingly, making these appointments only after thorough deliberation and consideration.

President Obama has blatantly disregarded his predecessors reasoned approach to the use of Czars and elevated their status and influence to unprecedented levels. This president has already appointed more Czars than the combined total appointed by his last four predecessors. Viewing them as an integral component of the Executive Branch bureaucracy and as the secret power behind the throne, this group of unchecked mostly left wing ideologues have been charged with the clandestine mission to stealthily advocate and implement Mr. Obamas’ leftist/Socialist agenda.

The silence from the loyal opposition and conservative media about the dangers and abuse of power this bureaucratic Czar management structure represents has been deafening. Thoughts of Obama from Bama is aware of only one credible, and we use the word credible loosely here, voice of descent and concern originating from all places, the so called Conscience of the Senate, The Honorable James Byrd, Senior Democrat Senator from the great state of West Virginia. Expressing concerns about unaccountable, unconstitutional authority and unchecked power being entrusted with the Czars on the floor of the Senate and following up with a formal letter no further comments have been forthcoming and Obama’s Czars are still running the circus.

We can only assume the good Senator was offered more money to construct the 450th building, bridge, highway, water treatment plant, airport, or maybe even a new KKK lodge where his old Claven might gather to revisit his glory days as the local Grand Dragon all of which would bear his name in return for his silence.

Considering the for public view group, Senate approved and allegedly thoroughly vetted Cabinet Secretaries and appointees for the most part ended up being a bunch of tax cheats, extreme abortion rights advocates, terrorist sympathizers, blame America first apologist, appeasers, and pathological liars we can only imagine how many felons and radical, left wing, socialist/communist/fascist, extremist we currently have serving as Czars in Obamas’ Royal court.

A review and public release describing who these people are and what they stand for is definitely warranted. In the interest of brevity and to avoid overloading you folks with too much criminality and Socialist/Marxist bureaucrats all at one time this first post on the subject of Czars will expose 6 of the “best and brightest” the “Socialist Change You Can Believe In” gang have gathered to run their shadow government. Future post will publicly disclose the gory details about the remaining felons, liberal head cases, and Marxist Mr. Obama has handpicked to lead his administration’s covert operations. At least the ones who haven't been indicted, convicted, deported and/or dropped out of society and joined some nutcase leftist militant underground group.

1. Energy Czar - Carol Browner: More fondly referred to as the "climate czar". Ms. Browner is an unabashed Socialist. A long time member of Socialist International, a radically leftist bunch of eco Nazis that call for the implementation of a global government. This woman, a self proclaimed Socialist, has unfettered access to the President and they share a belief in the unfounded and unproven myth of an eminent man made global warming disaster of biblical proportions. Also known to buckle at the knees and break into a profuse sweat in the presence of Al “Mr. Inconvenient Lie” Gore

2. Urban Czar-Adolfo Carrion, Jr.: Carrión is an urban planner by training who since 2002 had served as borough president of one of the country's poorest counties in New York. According to the Daly News, a probe of Adolfo Carrión has widened to explore whether he received a significant discount on the renovation of his home. The former Bronx borough president has acknowledged that he has not paid his architect, even though the work was done two years ago. Disregarding the law and abusing the public trust seems to be a prerequisite for any Obama appointee.

3. Border Czar-Alan Bersin: A Clinton Administration alum with a solid liberal pedigree. Yale Law, Harvard undergraduate. Other than a short stint as US Attorney, California Southern District, limited law enforcement experience. No known ties to radical left wing organizations or current criminal probes but he is a lawyer. Considering his clean record must have been The Presidents 3rd or 4th pick for the position

4. Infotech Czar-Vivek Kundra: Kundra was forced to go on leave after the Federal Bureau of Investigation raided his old District of Columbia office and arrested a city official and an Indian American tech consultant on corruption charges. Kundra has not been implicated in the case, yet. Reports citing authorities said that Kundra associates, along with others, defrauded the government through a variety of schemes, including billing the city for items that were never delivered and ‘ghost’ contract employees who did not work. Kundra was also arrested in 1996 for shoplifting dress shirts from J.C. Penney. An IT geek with no fashion sense inflicted with a bad case of kleptomania, definitely Mr. Obama’s idea of the perfect government Czar.

5. Faith-Based Czar-Joshua DuBois: A 26-year-old Pentecostal pastor and Director of Religious Outreach for the Obama Campaign directs the Office of Faith-Based Initiatives. Blatantly disregarding the truth and facts regarding religion in America, which demographically breaks out as follows: Christianity – 77%; Secular non-believers – 13%; Judaism – 1.4%; Islam – 0.5%; Hinduism – 0.5%. Following the lead of his boss who also recently lied about the nature of religion in this country the good pastor said the following: "Our democracy demands that when people are religiously motivated you have to translate your [policy] concerns into universal rather than religion-specific values. We're no longer just a Christian nation; we're also a Jewish nation, a Hindu nation, a Muslim nation, and a nation that does not adhere to a particular religion." We certainly do not have a state sponsored religion or vice versa and hopefully never will. We are, however, indisputably a Christian nation founded on Judeo-Christian values. Appointing a secular progressive as our nation’s Faith-Based Czar is another example of this administration’s arrogant disregard of the beliefs and values of the overwhelming majority of “We the People”.

6. Health Reform Czar- Nancy-Ann DeParle: Another Clinton alum and Harvard Law and Oxford University grad. She is an advocate for a nationalized, government controlled, single payer healthcare system or in other words socialized medicine. Mr. Obama chose to overlook Ms. DeParle’s business ties to companies that have a direct stake in the health care debate which puts her in conflict with his own Executive Order prohibiting “lobbyist” in his administration. She has deep roots in the DC bureaucracy and should fit in with this group like a duck to water.

The final tally on the 6 Obama Czars we covered today –1 probable communist; 1 confirmed, 4 probable socialist; At least 1 convicted felon, probably more and 1 the target of a criminal investigation; 6 secular progressives; 1 future Reverend Jeremiah Wright wannabe.

The Obama Shadow Government is unchecked, unaccountable and unconstitutional. The perfect example of absolute power which always corrupts. Hopefully this additional layer of bureaucracy at the highest level of government will produce enough bottlenecks, tension, inefficiencies, and inaction, typical of all bureaucracies, to impede this groups covert efforts to transform our great nation into an European style Socialist nanny state the President seems so hell bent on creating.

Week Fifteen – You Plant a Tater, You Get a Tater

Someone who hires a known thief shouldn’t be surprised when the new employee robs them blind at the first opportune moment. When a woman weds a philandering scoundrel with a roaming eye is anyone really shocked when he runs off with the new gal who just started working down at the diner. Along that same line of thinking, it’s almost a certainty that eating spicy food will give you heartburn and drinking too much tequila tends to make ones’ clothes fall right off.

So, anyone who can grasp the concept of cause and effect as demonstrated by the examples above, shouldn’t be surprised, angry, disappointed, hot, bothered or bewildered when “We the People” elect to the highest office in the land an extreme left wing liberal with strong socialist tendencies and he actually has the audacity to advocate and propose extreme left wing liberal socialist policies.

The first day of week 15 of the “Yes We Can Do An Air Force One Fly Over of New York City With a Fighter Plane Escort and Send Innocent, Justifiably Terrified Citizens Scrambling into the Streets In Fear for Their Lives at a Cost of Over $300 Grand to the Taxpayer With Impunity” crowd marked their 100th day of the Obama Presidency with every minute of every hour planned, scripted and tele-prompted to the finest of frog hairs while publicly claiming the day was nothing more than a “Hallmark Holiday”. Arrogantly flaunting the true hallmarks of this Presidency - hypocrisy, deceit and a willingness with far too much ease and frequency to bend the truth - the “Change We Can Believe In Including Nationalizing All the Banks, Auto Companies and Energy Industry” gang continued the campaign blaming W for all their woes while taking credit for slowly but surely turning the ship of state back in the right (actually left) direction during their first 100 days in office.

Predictably, liberal left wing pinheaded pundits, media elites and politicians showered the president with praise and platitudes while conservatives expressed tempered but still mostly negative views of his performance during the first 100 days. “Thoughts of Obama from Bama” has been surprised by the seemingly high level of support the President has maintained from the folks, at least according to most of the polls, during his first 100 days while our greatest concern has been the Administration’s retreat from the Global War on Terrorism and the dismantling of some of our most effective anti-terrorist programs and initiatives.

What wasn’t expected was the number of conservative politicians, commentators, and pundits that expressed such shock and dismay about how far left the President is actually trying to steer the ship of state. They act, and in many cases the operative word is act, as if the President’s left wing socialist tendencies materialized out of thin air after his election. With a few exceptions, predictions of a pragmatic, deliberate, and moderate Obama Presidency that would govern from the center dominated the conversation in the conservative media.

What these expectations are based on is far beyond “Thoughts of Obama from Bama’s” comprehension. Quite to the contrary, from our point of view, Mr. Obama has been a Blame America First; left wing; radical; apologist; France admiring; Castro loving; Communist; Socialist in training his entire life. As we have pointed out before he is also a Yankee lawyer married to another Yankee lawyer and with the exception of being a French politician or the current Speaker of the House, that’s about as low as it gets.

As a reminder of Mr. Obama’s socialist roots and radical left wing liberal core values a brief review of his personal communist manifesto, I mean biography , may be in order:

• Born – 1961, Hawaii. His origin of birth is disputed by some who also claim his ineligibility for the presidency for not being an American citizen. (Best be careful with this one, the words “President Biden, will you please sit down and shut up” will get old in a hurry
• Mother, Ann Dunham, described by Mr. Obama as a free spirit, a euphemism for a hippie with no job or solid prospects. After his Father left/deserted the family and headed for Harvard, little Barack and free bird mom spent 6 years in a Hawaiian commune run by Cuban Revolutionaries
• Mother remarries, new father moves the family to Jakarta where little Barack, now nicknamed Fidel, enrolls in Jungle Survival School and excels in Guerilla Warfare Tactics
• Mother and son return to Hawaii and young Fidel/Barack raised by maternal grandparents. Mom’s whereabouts unknown
• Attended Hawaii’s’ most elite prep school, joins a Marxist Youth League and falls into notorious Polynesian underground drug culture
• Columbia undergraduate school in New York, dives deep into NY’s drug and crime culture and does summer internships in Moscow, Beijing, and Havana
• Takes a job in Chicago and works as a Community Organizer for a group affiliated with the criminal and Socialist ACORN
• Attends Harvard Law, officially joins the Communist Party, spends summer vacations recruiting for Communist Youth League in France, San Francisco (Where he reported directly to up a coming star of the communist party, Nancy Pelosi) and Nicaragua
• Returns to Chicago, teaches Muslim/ Sharia Law Classes at the University of Chicago School of Law
• Marries fellow Harvard Law grad and radical left wing extremist, Michelle
• Joins corrupt Chicago Democrat political machine and develops close friendships and associations with Mayor Daley, future felon Tony Resko, future disgraced Illinois Governor Blago, and domestic terrorist, weather underground assassin, fellow communist and political soul mate Bill Ayers
• Joins the Trinity United Church of Christ and starts a 20 year discipleship with the American hating, racist, bigot Reverend Jeremiah Wright
• Runs successfully as a Socialist, I mean Democrat, for the state senate and accumulates the most liberal voting record in the history of known government entities
• Runs successfully for the US Senate as a Communist, I mean Democrat, and proceeds to achieve the most liberal voting record in this august body surpassing liberal icons including the likes of Barbara Boxer, Chucky Schumer, Harry Reed, Ted Kennedy, and even Arlen Specter.
  
  Even when omitting all the fiction included in the bio above, one is hard pressed to find any evidence to support the notion that President Obama would ever govern from a position of moderation, the center and/or in a bipartisan fashion. Conservatives or any other fellow citizens for that matter still holding out hope, for what could only be described as a miraculous conversion if it were to happen, best plan on dealing with a lot of disappointment for the next 4 years.
  
  “You Plant a Tater, You Get a Tater”. You elect a Socialist, you get a Socialist. It just doesn’t get any simpler than that.
