President Obama and his cadre of fellow political hacks in the White House have sure enough lowered the expectations bar and the definition of success and victory to new and unprecedented depths. The Federal trial of Islamic Jihadist terrorist Ahmed Ghailani that concluded in New York City this week for his role in the 1998 bombings of U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania is the most recent example of this Administration’s delusionary reckoning when it comes to establishing expectations.

According to our “Constitutional Scholar Slick Yankee Lawyer-in-Chief”,Veep Uncle Joe “Truly Dumber Than a Bag of Hammers” Biden and Senior Political Hack/Terrorist Sympathizer Attorney General Eric Holder Ghailani’s conviction on one count of Conspiracy and acquittal on over 280 mostly more serious charges was a legal victory of Koranic, we mean Biblical, proportions. Reckon all those Murder, Attempted Murder, and Acts of Terror charges weren’t that important after all.

Strictly adhering to his philosophy for a happy, healthy and productive life – “Ignorance is Bliss” - Uncle Joe remarked:

• “The single Ahmed Ghailani guilty verdict was a victory and the outcome of this first-of-its-kind trial is better than if Ghailani had been tried in a military tribunal. He's getting a longer sentence. He'll be in jail longer than if any other method were tried. Same thing George Bush did with the shoe bomber. Same thing he did with the 24th hijacker,"

Only the Obama Administration would consider one guilty verdict out of 280 charges as a victory. This arrogant and elitist viewpoint is certainly consistent with their “Barackasswards” way of thinking for the last 96 weeks.

Following are several additional examples of further lowering the bar and failed policy initiatives touted as grand victories and successes by the “Yes We Can Lie Our Way to Victory Because the Public is Too Ignorant to Know the Difference” gang:

• One Trillion Dollar Stimulus – Promised it would keep unemployment under 8%. We’re at 9.5-10% for as far as the eye can see. No new jobs, increase in consumer spending or shovel ready projects. According to our President saved the economy from slipping into depression and has been an unqualified success. Truth be told has added a Trillion to national debt, saved some public sector union jobs and paid back mostly other labor union constituencies but not even a frog hair’s worth of any real private sector economic growth
• Auto Industry Bailout – In spite of GM’s successful IPO this week the chances of we the taxpaying public getting paid back on this one are slim to none. Proclaimed as a great victory by the White House the only real beneficiaries are the labor union pension funds
• Scott Brown election – Breaking out in a bad case of wishful thinking the Obama propaganda machine claimed Brown’s victory in the race for Ted Kennedy’s Senate seat was by no means a repudiation of the Administration but more of the folks desire for Change carrying over from 08 election. A serious miscalculation and an omen for the pending disaster of the mid-term elections
• Mid-term Elections – In their own words a historical political shellacking. Perpetually suspended in a classic case of denial the Obamanites refuse to accept and/or acknowledge defeat. With the bar for victory set so low they are claiming a win citing their majority (slim as it may be) in the Senate and control of the Executive Branch. True believers and revolutionaries all a course correction to the right is seriously doubtful
• Nobel Peace Prize – The Obama “How low can we go” philosophy even further contaminated the already rotting Nobel Prize evaluation process by selecting him as their 2009 Peace Prize recipient. Awarding this once prestiges honor to such an undeserving and unqualified individual hit a new low even surpassing the 1994 winner PLO Terrorist Yasser Arafat, whose brother Nawsir accepted the Award in Stockholm on his brother’s behalf.

President “Low Bar” Obama, VP Uncle Joe “Dumber Than a Bag of Rocks” Biden and most Senior of Political hacks AG Eric Holder have also openly and without shame proclaimed that the one successful conviction of Ghailani even with 280 acquittals, only Yankee lawyers with no experience in the private sector would consider a .00357% hit rate as a favorable outcome, proves Islamic enemy combatants will receive swifter and more severe justice in our Civil/Federal Courts as opposed to Military Tribunals or Commissions.

In our humble opinion anyone agreeing with this totally baseless; irrational; illogical; absolutely absurd conclusion is not only one can short of a six pack but also crazier than an outhouse rat. In fact, when you consider the one conviction and 280 acquittals Ghailani is the new poster child for Military Tribunals/Commissions.

A brief summary of the advantages of conducting Military Tribunals or Commissions for Islamic Jihadist enemy combatants follows:

• George Washington was the first and used military tribunals during the American Revolution
• The Union used military tribunals during and in the immediate aftermath of the War for Southern Independence
• A military tribunal/commission is an inquisitorial system. Charges are brought by military authorities, prosecuted by a military authority, judged by military officers, and sentenced by military officers against an adversarial force.
• Defendants are typically offered fewer legal protections in military commissions than civilian courts, such as the right to public proceedings and a trial by jury.
• The standard for admitting evidence is more rigorous in civilian court
• As it is with many war powers, the Constitution is vague about the scope of military commissions allowing for a high degree of Presidential discretion when using this option.

Ain’t no never mind about it the Obama Administration’s policy of treating Islamic Jihadist terrorist like common criminals is an abject failure. No matter how far they lower the bar on what constitutes success or a victory the Ahmed Ghailani conviction on one count of Conspiracy and acquittal on over 280 more serious charges in a Civil Court is a major political defeat and serious setback for all the terrorist sympathizers in the White House.

Anyone that tries to tell us otherwise is either dumber than a bag of hammers, crazier than a run over dog or as dishonest as the day is long. In Vice President Uncle Joe Biden’s case all three.

Week 95: “Class”

“Show some class, act like you've been there before” Coach Paul Bear Bryant

Class. Some folks got it, some ain’t. Our 44th President, Barack Husain Obama, can damn sure be counted amongst those that ain’t.

In fact, the entire notion of class is as foreign of a concept to our “No Count, No Class, Tacky Yankee Lawyer-in-Chief“ as Capitalism; American exceptionalism; honesty; integrity; free enterprise; a balanced budget; small government; and humility. Truth be told, Mr. Obama wouldn’t recognize class if it crawled up behind him and bit him on his low rent, no taste, happy Bolshevik ass.

George W Bush’s reemergence on the national scene this week with the release of his book Decision Points reminds us with every interview of the pride, confidence and comfort derived from having a Commander-in-Chief who conducts himself with dignity and class worthy of the Office he occupies. Agree or disagree with his policies the man’s sincerity, love of country, integrity, resolve, respect for the office and common decency are undeniable.

Since leaving office 95 weeks ago the Obama Administration has blamed W for every calamity known to mankind. The recession, deficits, exploding national debt, earthquake in Haiti; Red Tide; Black Plague; floods; new Coke; and the rise and fall of the Holy Roman Empire have all been attributed to W by the “Yes We Can” gang.

To his credit W has refused to retaliate stating he has too much respect for the Office of the Presidency to publically criticize his successor. This display of class, decorum and dignity has put a serious hitch-in-the-get-along of all the Obama political hacks and thugs currently occupying the West Wing.

These two men sure enough are polar opposites in so many ways. Truly diametrically opposed when it comes to policy; character; upbringing; values; world view; belief system; and priorities.

Following are few specific examples starting with W:

• One has class – the other is a tacky, no count, low life, Yankee lawyer
• One publically proclaims his unconditional love for his family – the other publically throws his Grandmother under the bus calling her a racist for political expediency
• One is a Capitalist – the other is a Marxist/Socialist
• One believes in American exceptionalism – the other blames America for all of the world’s major problems
• One speaks the truth – the other lies with the ease a duck takes to water
• One promotes Democracy at home and abroad – the other promotes Socialism at home and abroad
• One knows and ain’t shy about saying we are at war with Islamic Jihadist – the other refuses to implicate his Muslim brethren
• One is a direct, down to earth, common sense conservative – the other is an arrogant, left wing, liberal elitist
• One has a Harvard MBA, has created real jobs in the private sector and knows what it means to meet a payroll – the other is a Harvard Law grad, a pointy headed academic who despises the private sector
• One believes in individual responsibility – the other wants cradle to grave government intervention
• One promotes personal freedom – the other promotes a victim class
• One speaks with a Texas drawl that rolls off the tongue like a sweet melody – the other jabbers on endlessly with that tacky Yankee nasal twang with just a hint of a French accent

At each and every interview W has granted this week some very able and seasoned journalist including the likes of Bill O’Reilley, Candy Crowley, Matt Lauer and Oprah tried every trick in their trade to get him to tell President Obama what for. His discipline, resolve and refusal to stoop to Obama’s level has been an impressive display of his strength of character and class.

W’s direct, honest, and sincere responses to this all-star cast of journalist has been a real breath of fresh air. In contrast it’s not hard to imagine our “Orator of Empty Rhetoric-in-Chief’s” sanctimonious; self righteous; blame everyone but himself; crybaby; lawyered up; dishonest; no class answers to some of the same questions.

For instance:

• O'REILLY: That frightens me because it could happen again. It could happen again.
• BUSH: Of course it could happen again and it has happened before. This was a confluence of events and so I try to take the reader through, you know, the trade deficits, some money coming into the country
• OBAMA: It was W’s fault when it happened before, now and if it ever happens again. My deficit busting, debt exploding, spending palooza policies certainly had absolutely nothing at all to do with it.

• O'REILLY: Were you scared when you ordered the surge, and it was like you against the world? I mean, tell the truth.
• BUSH: I don't think scared is the right -- right...
• O'REILLY: Apprehensive?
• BUSH: No, I was convinced that -- that if we didn't put more troops in...
• O'REILLY: But you were alone.
• BUSH: ...we would lose. And if we lost, that the consequences would be catastrophic.
• OBAMA: We’ve lost the war, the surge will never work, no way no how, we’re are nothing more than an imperialist occupying army that needs to withdraw from our criminal invasion of holy Islamic territory

• MATT LAUER: You remember what he said? (Kanye West )
• BUSH: Yes, I do. He called me a racist.
• LAUER: Well, what he said, “George Bush doesn’t care about black people.”
• BUSH: That’s — “he’s a racist.” And I didn’t appreciate it then. I don’t appreciate it now. It’s one thing to say, “I don’t appreciate the way he’s handled his business.” It’s another thing to say, “This man’s a racist.” I resent it, it’s not true, and it was one of the most disgusting moments in my Presidency.
• OBAMA: W is a racist. There’s no other logical explanation why he and so many other white trash crackers would disagree with all of my brilliant ideas

• OPRAH: After addressing the nation from that Sarasota elementary school, President Bush says he was heading back to Air Force One to fly to Washington, D.C., when he learned a third plane had crashed into the Pentagon.
• BUSH: "My construct was this," President Bush says. "The first one was likely an accident, the second one was an attack, and the third one was a declaration of war
• OBAMA: That wasn’t a declaration of war. That was our chickens coming home to roost. Our global oppression of innocent Muslims by war criminals like W brought this “Man Made Disaster” upon us.

This Country has had the good fortune and good sense to elect quite a few individuals to the Office of the Presidency that for the most part conducted their affairs with a high degree integrity, honor and class. Several more recent examples include Truman; Ike; Ford; Reagan; Bush 41; and W.

We have also endured our share of classless, sometimes clueless, often ethically challenged Chief Executives including the likes of the town drunk and ”Buffoon-in-Chief” LBJ; Richard “ Watergate, I’m not a crook, Tricky Dick, Checkers“ Nixon; Jimmy, “Peanut, lust in his heart, 20% interest rates, malaise boy, maybe the worst President in the history of the Union, at least up till now,” Carter; and Bill “Slick Willie, impeachment boy, molester of knee padded interns, Bubba” Clinton.

Class. Some folks got it, some ain’t. W. has reminded us in no uncertain terms that our 44th President, Barack Husain Obama, can damn sure be counted amongst those that ain’t.

President Obama along with three thousand of his closest friends loaded up several jumbo jets and took off for a ten day so called diplomatic mission to India and several other Southeast Asian countries while they lick their wounds and solidify a serious case of denial over the self described shellacking they endured last week in the mid-term elections. In addition to this colossal waste of time and tax payer money the Administration also continued its seemingly uncontrolled practice of imposing “Self Inflicted Wounds” on both the domestic and foreign relations fronts.

While the President visited his childhood stomping grounds in Jakarta where he had studied the Koran while attending Little Future Islamic Jihadist Grammar School for four years back in the States the Administration shot itself in the foot again. In a move that seems crazier than a run over dog the White House over turned eight years of perfectly reasonable policy by volunteering to subject the Home of the Brave and the Land of the Free to an official human rights review by a mess of tyrants, villains and despots at the United Nations.

Following is summary of the insanity surrounding this asinine and absolutely ludicrous Presidential Directive:

• In the same category as supporting the building of a Mosque at ground zero, accusing the Cambridge Police of being a bunch of racist, and conducting Islamic terrorist trials for 9/11 enemy combatants in civilian courts in New York City allowing the boneheaded yahoos at the UN to evaluate and condemn our human rights record is nothing less than absurd
• Another incredible act of appeasement and obviously a major strategic initiative of the President’s “Bend Over, Grab His Ankles, Thank You Sir May I Have Another” Foreign Policy
• Obama and Madam Secretary of State Hillary “Sarge” Clinton sent three top officials from the State Department to Geneva’s U.N. Human Rights Council to be questioned about America’s human rights record by the likes of Cuba, Iran, and North Korea, sure enough credible human rights advocates one and all
• According to the Council’s procedure, all U.N. members are given free reign to comment and make recommendations to the state under scrutiny. But since only three hours are allotted per state, the practice has emerged of allowing only the first sixty or there abouts to actually speak.
• Last week our very own President allowed this most just, free and compassionate of nations to be ridiculed by fifty-six countries that took full advantage of the opportunity to tell the U.S. representatives what for, many standing in line overnight in order to be near the top of the list. Standing at the front of the line just like they had good sense were Cuba, Venezuela, Russia, Iran, Nicaragua, Bolivia, and North Korea.
• Cuba said the U.S. blockade of Cuba was a “crime of genocide,” Iran “condemned and expressed its deep concern over the situation of human rights” in the United States, and North Korea said it was “concerned by systematic widespread violations committed by the United States at home and abroad.”
• Additional recommendations to improve the U.S. human rights record included Cuba’s advice to end “violations against migrants and mentally ill persons” and “ensure the right to food and health.”
• Iran who routinely stone Iranian woman for adultery told the U.S. “effectively to combat violence against women.”
• North Korea which systematically starves its own citizens told the U.S. “to address inequalities in housing, employment and education” and “prohibit brutality by law enforcement officials.”
• Libya accused us of “racism, racial discrimination and intolerance.”
• Russia urged the U.S. to abolish the death penalty. Indonesia, the world's most populous Muslim nation, demanded Washington to better promote religious tolerance, and Mexico complained that racial profiling had become a common practice in some U.S. states.
• To add insult to injury the seemingly anti - U.S.Obama Administration even submitted a 20-page report to the UN listing alleged US human rights violations including Arizona’s Immigration laws and other perfectly legal and constitutional activities that only the head case left wing Marxist/Socialist “Yes We Can” gang in the White House would consider human rights violations

Getting a tongue lashing about fictional human rights violations from countries that routinely murder, torture and illegally imprison millions of their own citizens is the ultimate case of the proverbial pot calling the kettle black. A quick review of a few of the worst offenders, Cuba; Venezuela; Russia; Iran; North Korea, reinforces the absurdity of Mr. Obama’s insistence that we participate in this U.N. farce:

Cuba:

• Arbitrary or Unlawful Deprivation of Life
• Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman, or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
• Arbitrary Arrest or Detention
• Denial of Fair Public Trials
• Limits on Freedom of Speech and Press
• Limits on Freedom of Religion

Venezuela:

• Harassment Campaign Against Human Rights Defenders
• Chavez’s New Censorship Office
• Attacks on Judicial Independence
• Prosecutions of Dissenters
• Abusing Broadcast Powers
• Border Killings and Attack

Russia:

• systematic torture of persons in custody by police
• neglect and cruelty in Russian orphanages
• violations of children's right
• discrimination, racism and murders of members of ethnic minorities
• widespread murders of journalists

Iran:

• harsh penalties for crimes
• punishment of "victimless crimes" such as fornication and homosexuality
• execution of offenders under 18 years of age
• restrictions on freedom of speech and the press including the imprisonment of journalists
• unequal treatment according to religion and gender
• the execution of thousands of political prisoners

Korea

• Torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, public execution and arbitrary detention
• the absence of due process and the rule of law
• imposition of the death penalty for political reasons, the existence of a large number of prison camps and the extensive use of forced labor
• All pervasive and severe restrictions on the freedoms of thought, conscience, religion, opinion and expression, peaceful assembly and association
• Continued violation of the human rights and fundamental freedoms of women, in particular the trafficking of women for prostitution or forced marriage and ethnically motivated forced abortions

Our”Citizen of the World-in-Chief’s” willingness to diminish and weaken our standing in the world by lending the prestige and credibility of the United States of America to some corrupt U.N. sham is truly troubling. The man is seemingly hell bent on redistributing wealth at home and the power and esteem of our great Nation abroad.

Participating in an U.N. Human Rights evaluation is not just a “Self Inflicted Wound” it’s a self inflicted frontal lobotomy. We’re sure enough no expert on the subject but seriously doubt the President can handle too many more of these mind altering procedures.

Our “Marxist/Socialist, Promoter of Oppressive/Intrusive Government, Deficit Exploder, Record Debt Accumulator, Reckless Spender of Other People’s Money-in-Chief “done got taken to the woodshed for a beating of a life time this week. A truly “Come to Mohammad“ meeting with the American people who in no uncertain terms just told our 44th President what for along with his Democrat Congressional comrades for their corrupt, incompetent, and elitist governing for the last 93 weeks.

Just as happy as if they had good sense the Obama Regime has unabashedly pursued a radical; extremist; left wing; progressive; secular; ultra-liberal; freedom stifling; liberty smothering; victim promoting; Marxist agenda that would make the likes of Stalin, Castro, Mao, and Michael “ Chocolate Covered Cream Filled“ Moore proud. Ain’t no never mind about it the now historic 2010 mid-term elections were a referendum on Obama/Pelosi/Reid’s Socialist vision for America and their Marxist dreams of grandeur.

To put this monumental Democrat political disaster in context and perspective, a loss of 65 plus House seats and at least 6 in the Senate, is the third worst whooping ever delivered by a sitting President’s opposition party since 1900. A review of previous big swing mid-term elections tells the tale:

• Over the past fifty years there have been 12 midterm elections. 5 of them resulted in large losses of at least 20 seats by the President’s party.
• 1994-52 seats; 1974-49 seats; 1966-47 seats; 2006-30 seats; 1982-26 seats
• Another five elections resulted either in small losses or gains by the president’s party
• It has been noted countless times that the President's party usually loses seats in Congress during midterm elections. Since 1900, the President's party has lost an average of 29 House seats and 3.4 Senate seats
• This year the GOP beat the 100 plus year averages by 30 plus seats in the House and 3 in the Senate

In the grand scheme of things, especially when one considers the mainstream media elite press still worships the Anointed One with the fervor and blind faith of a cult, this week’s Democrat flogging is nothing less than remarkable. Following are the top ten factors that brought on this extraordinary shift in political fortunes:

1. An overwhelming number of our fellow Americans finally realized when you plant a tater (Socialist) you get a tater (Socialist).
2. $3 Trillion of new debt in just 93 weeks
3. An almost 40% increase in Federal spending
4. A $1 Trillion stimulus that didn’t stimulate even a frog hair’s worth of economic activity or ROI
5. Obamacare/Socialized Medicine
6. 10% Unemployment as far as the eye can see
7. Cap and Tax
8. Intrusive Regulatory Reform
9. Weak pacifist foreign policy
10. Corrupt, dishonest, tyrannical, arrogant, elitist leadership model

Tuesday’s election wasn’t a total Democrat loss but it damn sure came close. A summary of the “Worst and Best” from the 2010 Mid-term election is listed below:

• We the People took a big step in the right direction in the battle to rescue our Country from these radical “Yes We Can” Socialist fanatics.

Anyone under the illusion that Mr. Obama’s visit to the woodshed humbled or modified his extremist Marxist views is crazier than an outhouse rat. This man is an authentic; wild eyed; true believer; Marxist Revolutionary hell bent on fundamental transformative change and global domination.

This election should hopefully help us keep him in check for the next 2 years at which time we can fire his happy ass so he can go home and make an unsuccessful run for his old Senate seat against GOP Incumbent Mark Kirk. Transformative change we can all believe in.
