Week 122: “President Barack Gaffe Obama Does Buckingham Palace ”

Reading departure signs in some big airport

Dan Quayle misspelled potato once and was labeled by the left wing media elite an ignorant yahoo for life. W certainly mangled his share public remarks and was portrayed by the same crowd of liberal media so called journalist as a boneheaded cowboy with the mental capacity of a bag full of hammers.

Even the Great Communicator his self was considered as nothing more than a former B Movie actor dunce with an agreeable demeanor but an intellectual light weight. According to the pointy-headed, bleeding heart, Socialist, mainstream press corps Ronald Wilson Reagan’s low IQ would greatly impede his effectiveness as the Commander-in-Chief.

Turns out former VP Quayle was not only one of the brightest young politicians of his generation, the youngest person ever elected to the US Senate from Indiana, he has also made millions in the private sector since leaving office. Not too bad for an ignorant yahoo.

W, the only President to earn a MBA, from the liberal bastion of Harvard of all places, has demonstrated more class, dignity, integrity and restraint than any former President in recent memory. Conduct of a sage, wise, elder statesman and nothing even close to resembling a dimwitted cowboy.

Reagan brought down the Communist Soviet evil empire and reestablished our great nation as that shining city on a hill. For a bumbling empty suit former B rated actor he certainly achieved some serious world shaking accomplishments of unprecedented historical consequence.

Now let’s take a look at the current occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. who has been anointed by the extreme left wing press machine as a certified genius and the greatest public orator since Abe Lincoln when in reality the man is a walking, talking gaffe machine unprecedented in the annals of US political history. His current European vacation has been no exception.

Actually our fearless leader’s gaffes, misstatements, missteps, and boneheaded initiatives were in high gear this week long before he boarded Air Force One for the short flight across the pond. Following is a brief recap of Mr. Obama’s gaffe filled Week 122:

• Insulted our long standing Israeli allies, again, in favor of the terrorist backed Palestinians, once again

• Repeated Israeli insults over the weekend

• Visits Ireland and village of alleged kinfolk, drinks at local pub hours after 100’s killed back home by another major twister breakout. Same pinheads in the press that would have skinned W alive don’t say a word about the President’s obvious lack of concern for the storm victims

• Funny, he doesn’t look Irish

• Continues UBL victory lap spiking the ball and doing splits in the end zone during address to Parliament

• Signs Buckingham Palace guestbook- Michelle and Barack Obama, May 24, 2008. We can appreciate a lost weekend or two but three years is a might extreme. Then again, reckon with his record since taking office who wouldn’t want to pretend it never happened

• Without the aid of his precious teleprompter our”Silver Tongued Devil-in-Chief” just flat out butchers his formal toast to the Queen at State Dinner. Further compounding this major breach in etiquette continues talking during playing of “God Save the Queen”, an insult comparable to scratching one’s privates during a rendition of the”Star Spangled Banner”.

If these were isolated incidents and not a consistent pattern of behavior it wouldn’t be worth raising a ruckus about these Presidential screw ups. Unfortunately, we can add these to the long list of previous gaffes committed by this major mishap prone Chief Executive.

• "I've now been in 57 states — I think one left to go." —at a campaign event, May 9, 2008

• "I didn't want to get into a Nancy Reagan thing about doing any seances." -after saying he had spoken with all the living presidents, Nov. 7, 2008

• "UPS and FedEx are doing just fine, right? It's the Post Office that's always having problems." –attempting to make the case for government-run healthcare, Aug. 11, 2009

• "The Cambridge police acted stupidly." —commenting on a white police officer's arrest of black scholar Henry Louis Gates Jr. at his home in Cambridge, Mass, July 22, 2009

President Obama’s list of gaffes and mishaps is growing faster than a patch of kudzu. If former VP Quayle is ignorant yahoo, W a boneheaded cowboy, and Reagan an intellectual light weight President Obama must be a complete moron considering the number and idiocy of his missteps.

Maybe his adoring fans in the media will finally practice some real journalism after the Obama’s European vacation fiasco but we don’t really expect to see the story on the front page of the New York Times any time soon.

Note: Thanks to all the old friends for the Obama Chia. We have a healthy crop of new growth and just might be able to cover up the tips of those humongous ears.
