Week 57: Our Summiteer-in-Chief

Since taking office fifty-seven weeks ago our Summiteer-in-Chief has conducted or participated in twelve summits. That equates to approximately one summit every five weeks. Summit thirteen is scheduled for Thursday of Week 58, a desperate made for TV political maneuver by the “Hope, Change, and Believe” propagandist in an effort to resuscitate their communal dreams of Socialized Medicine.

An evaluation of the outcomes, or lack thereof, resulting from these august gatherings is indicative of the abject failure of our Mediator-in-Chief’s train wreck of an Administration. Following is a list of these so called summits conducted to date with a brief assessment of their agendas and effectiveness:

1. Growing American Jobs Summit – Wanting to get a head start on putting millions of additional poor dumb slobs out of work our Terminator of Jobs in Mass Quantities-In-Chief put together this little shindig two months before taking the Oath of Office. At the time the Unemployment Rate was at 6.7%. It’s been hovering around 10% for the last several months. Maybe “Growing Chinese Jobs Summit” would have been a more appropriate title.
2. Fiscal Responsibility Summit – Our Out of Control Spender of Other People’s Money-In-Chief brought this crowd together in his first summit after taking office to discuss getting a handle on deficit spending. After doubling the annual deficit in one year and with projections of tripling the national debt in eight years reckon these folks didn’t exactly get their arms around this issue.
3. Health Care Summit – A few weeks later our Healer-in-Chief conducted his first Socialized Medicine Summit. Still riding high from his recent electoral victory predicting passage of a government takeover of Healthcare legislation by Memorial Day. Twelve plus months; thirty or so major speeches; billions in Congressional bribes; dozens of backroom under the table deals; multiple acts of extortion; the election of GOP candidate Scott Brown filling Ted Kennedy’s old seat later we ain’t their yet and hopefully won’t be anytime soon.
4. H1N1 Preparedness Summit – If this virus had spread as predicted we would have found ourselves smack-dab in the middle of one serious public health emergency. The same bunch of medical geniuses who want to nationalize healthcare were two months and thirty million vaccines behind schedule. Truly a disaster just waiting to happen.
5. Distracted Driving Summit – Not to diminish the real danger and accidents caused by distracted drivers but why in the world is the leader of the free world conducting a Presidential Summit on this issue? What’s next, a Symposium on Restless Leg Syndrome or maybe a Seminar about the lost art of glass blowing?
6. Summit of the Americas – Great opportunity for our Marxist Revolutionary-in-Chief to party with Socialist comrades Chavez and Castro
7. NATO Summit – Another great opportunity for our Marxist Revolutionary-in-Chief to party with Socialist comrades from France, Germany, and Denmark and apologize for all of America’s past transgressions.
8. G-8 Summit – Yet another great opportunity for our Marxist Revolutionary-in-Chief to party with Socialist comrades from Russia and Italy and once again apologize for all of America’s past transgressions
9. G-20 Summit – One more great opportunity for our Marxist Revolutionary-in-Chief to party with Socialist comrades from China, Brazil and Argentina and apologize again for all of America’s past transgressions
10. ASEAN Summit – Forum for our Apologist-in-Chief to reach out to all his Muslim brethren and seek forgiveness for America’s anti-Islamic bias.
11. Head-of-State Summit – Opportunity for our Pucker Up Buttercup-in-Chief to bow down to tyrannical, despot fellow world leaders and practice his bend over, grab his ankles, thank you sir may I have another approach to foreign affairs.
12. Beer Summit – Our Racist-in-Chief’s attempt to apologize for accusing the Cambridge, MA. Police Department of acting stupidly and with racial bias in defense of his pointy headed Harvard Professor comrade Henry Louis Gates. Nothing was accomplished with the exception of VP Biden getting crying about your Daddy drunk to the point that AP White House correspondent Helen Thomas was looking just as fine as frog hair to him by the end of the evening.

Conspicuously missing from the Summit Themes listed above is the most important responsibility our Commander-in-Chief is charged with – National Security and our current war with Islamic Jihadist terrorist. Just another strong indication of the low priority and lack of commitment our Passivist-in-Chief has for this issue.

In addition to the President’s second Socialized Medicine and thirteenth White House Summit scheduled for Thursday of Week 58, as previously mentioned, which by the way promises to be nothing but a high level political hatchet job perpetrated on the GOP and the American people by the Socialist tag team of Obama, Pelosi and Reid.

Thoughts of Obama from Bama has it on good authority the Administration has already scheduled the following Summits for 2010. We don’t know for sure who or how many will be in attendance but did obtain a list of the location for each Summit:

1. Department of Justice Lawyers Who Represented Islamic Jihadist Terrorist Housed at Gitmo Pro Bono Summit– West Wing Conference Room, seating 25.
2. Socialist Working in the Administration Summit – large auditorium at nearby college, seating 500.
3. Communist Working in the Administration Summit – same large auditorium at nearby college, seating 500.
4. Tax Cheats Working in the Administration Summit – large ballroom at nearby hotel, seating 5,000.
5. Terrorist Sympathizers Working in the Administration Summit – Museum of Natural History, seating, 7,500
6. Pathological Liars Working in the Administration Summit – Jefferson Memorial, seating 10,000
7. Department of Justice Lawyers Who Represented Islamic Jihadist Terrorist Housed at Gitmo Pro Bono; Socialist; Communist; Tax Cheats; Terrorist Sympathizers; Pathological Liars; Political Hacks Working in the Administration Summit – Redskins FedEx Stadium, seating 60,000

It’s obvious our Facilitator-in-Chief has a strong hankering for meetings/summits. It’s also becoming more apparent everyday Barack Husain Obama shouldn’t be put in charge of running a KFC let alone the world’s only super power.
